Today I decided to simply open up and channel what was important for me to hear. I found it useful. You may too. The message for today is this.

Trust the process that is unfolding in your life. It is the process of you deepening your connection with Source. Source energy is constantly expressing itself through you as it is through all things. And once you recognize this you can focus on the two essential tasks that everyone must work on during their lifetimes in this physical reality.

First, is your task to reduce your resistance to the flow of Source energy. Resistance takes many forms but it is always caused by fear. And fear is the result of erroneously thinking that you are cut off from Source energy. The longer you dwell in this thinking pattern the more it fosters a self-reinforcing cycle that leaves you feeling ever more disconnected from your own personal Source of power.

In the early stages of resistance you may feel indifference or procrastination. Later you may feel concern, or anger, or even rage. Ultimately, you may feel depressed or powerless. All of these emotions represent the growing distance between your current thinking and the joyous elation you feel when you are aware of your connection with Source energy.

But you need not remain in such a place of discomfort. Source energy is always available to raise you up. You do this one step at time, reaching for those thoughts and feelings that help you to feel incrementally better. And then you reach for the next thought and feeling beyond that one, each extension bringing you closer and deeper into your connection with Source.

As you learn to trust the presence of Source energy in your life, you release your fear, which in turn enables you to allow even more of Source energy to flow into your life.

Many people fear turning their lives over a Higher Authority. ?I?m in control of my life!? they shout. And indeed you always are. Free will is your sovereign birthright. But by that choice you can sit in misery or you can dance in joy.

Opening yourself to the abundance of Source energy does not mean that you must relinquish control. Instead it means loosening the white-knuckled grip that your ego prefers and moving in harmony with the flow of life around you. Are you less in control while dancing than when you?re clutching the railing on the perimeter of the dance floor? Opening to Source energy means moving to the beat and allowing yourself the freedom to express who you truly are in that moment. You are the dancer. Source energy is the music. Together you co-create the moments of your life.

By allowing Source energy into your life you literally play with reality. You shape the experiences of your life just as Source energy does. It is happening all around you all the time. Look at the sky. Source energy is creating the play of the light in the clouds. Look at the new buds forming on the tips of the branches on the barren trees. That is Source energy expressing itself. Source energy is constantly creating. And so are you.

You are creating right now. You are creating the very experience of sitting down to read these words. You are creating every single moment of every single day. The only difference between you and Source is the degree to which you are consciously creating your experiences. You stepped into this time-space reality for the purpose of exploring your own powers of creation. This deliberate conscious creation is your second task.

When you release your fear and resistance, you allow yourself to effortlessly create that which you desire. If you desire it, Source brings it to you. Hold out the signal of your desire long enough and consistently enough and Source energy will bring it to you. This is the way the universe works. This is called the law of attraction.

You use this principle in your life 24 hours per day, seven days per week, whether you realize you are or not. It is as automatic as your breathing is. It is as natural as your thinking is. You are always creating your experience in your life. Now is the time to trust that process and allow it to flow through you. Now is the time to engage with Source on a conscious level and use it to deliberately create the life that you desire.
